Latest Covid-19 Update 15th June 2020

CORONAVIRUS: COVID-19 Update 15th June 2020

Today’s the day that some of the non-essential shops are allowed to re-open.

Here at Pybus, we have remained open throughout the whole of lockdown for all your emergency and essential eyecare needs. We are pleased to say that as of today, our professional body The College of Optometrists, have given the go ahead for us to see more routine patients in addition to the emergency and essential work we have been doing. This means anyone with any eye related issues or who has any concerns about their vision, eye health, spectacles or contact lenses should now get in contact with us.

We continue to assess each patient initially via telephone, on a needs and/or symptoms led basis to determine the best course of action for the individual. We have all the correct PPE, social distancing and infection control in place in the practice, so you can feel safe if you do need to visit.

All visits to the practice, even for the small things such as adjusting spectacles, require an appointment. So please do phone us first with any queries or concerns and we will be happy to help and advise.

Stay safe, Jon and the team at Pybus
